Kimberly Rash Fence is 100% woman-owned. We are certified by the Kentucky Department of Transportation as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and the Louisville Metropolitan Sewer District Women's Business Enterprise. Kimberly is a native of Oldham County and she graduated from South Oldham High School in 2000 and Western Kentucky University in 2005 with a Bachelor in Science degree. She started this fence company in 2006, but she has been around the fence business all of her life.
